Zoe Wennerholm

Zoe was born and raised in Boston, and currently resides in Shanghai. She graduated summa cum laude from Vassar College with majors in Urban Studies and Mandarin Chinese, and received General Honors, Departmental Honors in Urban Studies, and the Man-Sheng Chen Scholarly Award for excellence in Chinese. Her academic interests include feminist urbanism, history, and community archives.
As an application consultant, Zoe enjoys helping students discover their inner voices through writing. In her 4+ years of professional experience, her students have been admitted to top college programs across subject areas, from fine arts to computer science. Zoe has also worked at NYU Shanghai as a Writing Fellow, helping undergraduate students elevate their writing and gain admission to competitive graduate programs. As a counselor, she is organized, efficient, and encouraging. In her free time, Zoe enjoys browsing bookstores, traveling across China, cooking, and painting.
