Ethan Rosenfeld

Ethan graduated from Stanford with a bachelors degree in Physics with honors, where he was nominated for the Stanford Boothe Writing Prize. He was the president of the undergraduate physics society and hosted programs to mentor younger students. He is completing a Ph.D. in Applied Physics at Stanford and is a recipient of the National Science Foundation Graduate Research Fellowship. In the lab, he studies quantum mechanics and optics as an experimentalist. Outside the lab, Ethan enjoys reading fiction and playing soccer. When working with students at ESC, he is most excited about helping students pursue their passions and improving their technical writing abilities.
