“During the application season, I mentioned to my counselor Jamie that I was interested in journalism. He introduced me to his friend who was a writer for The Guardian. In the end he hired me to help him with his investigation of an WWII American pilot. This experience gave me a lot of inspiration and is a special opportunity that I would not have gotten without ESC.”
