Abigail Cobb

Abigail graduated from Yale University with a degree in Cognitive Science. At Yale, she was an Education Studies Scholar, which is an interdisciplinary program that empowers students to reimagine and reshape the education landscape through research, policy and practice. For her senior thesis, Abigail received multiple research grants to travel to Japan to study the association between emotional intelligence and academic performance cross-culturally. After Yale, Abigail continued her education at Johns Hopkins University where she received a Master of Science in Education.
After graduating, Abigail taught for three years as a high school English teacher. At ESC, Abigail is excited about mentoring students and developing their skills as critical thinkers. Abigail grew up in Edmond, Oklahoma, and in her free time, she enjoys hiking, reading, and cooking.
